If I could rate this place a zero I would. I took my Lexus I250 in on Thursday 7/9/20. The temperature gauge was going from normal to high and coolant was leaking out of the car onto the ground. I knew that I needed a water pump. They looked at the car for $25 came back, told me the water pump needed replacement, the radiator and something else. Total was approximately $2100. I took the car to another mechanic, I did not need a radiator. He charged me $1000.08. This place tried to take advantage of me telling me I needed a radiator when I did not. Astronomical prices, customer service was rude. I will steer everyone I know away from this place. I see that so many reviews are good and I don't know why. Perhaps people are not getting comparison prices and don't know they are getting screwed. This place is shady as hell, I will never take my car there again even for something as simple as to patch a tire or a car wash.

High quality work, honest advice, and always friendly. The pick up and delivery service during the pandemic has been a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend Goss' Garage II.

Excellent service and courteous and professional service EVERY TIME. I take my SUV to Goss', most recently on May 26th, and they've always provided a great experience. They always call back to fully explain the work they're going to do before they start it so the customer can understand and the workmanship is top notch. Thanks again!

After going here I received a card in the mail from Goss' to give my review so here it is. I have given them my business twice and have been disappointed both times. Once for an oil change in which my car was kept for more than 4 hours and was not returned to me how it was dropped off. The other time, they again kept my car for more than 4 hours for a simple diagnostic and charged me over $100.00 for "garage time" and did not even diagnose the problem. I expressed my concerns after both of these incidents very politely and was told by employees, "I am just doing what the boss tells me" … Really not how to conduct business and keep people coming through your doors. Anyway, good luck!

I have been a loyal customer of Goss Garage II for over five years. Recently, I took my wife's Town and Country Van to a dealership for a routine oil change, filter and general vehicle inspection. The dealership told me that the van needed new brake pads, change of brake fluid and automatic transmission system flush. I told the dealership I would take care of it myself and immediately took the van to Goss Garage II. Upon their inspection, they found that the brake pads were fine, and the automatic transmission system was in good condition. They replaced the brake fluid.
