Recently had my vehicle serviced and I highly recommend them. Great service from beginning to end; scheduling to vehicle pickup. Everything was clearly explained and I do not feel like I was taken advantage of, which typically happens with some repair places because they recommend unnecessary work just to make money. Anyway, Goss Garage provided great customer service, everyone was pleasant and they made the process easy.

I had scheduled my car for an oil change and a few days before my appt my car battery died. Brought it in early, they took care of everything promptly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Car is running great now.

Had to take in my car for emergency repair for a broken axle. Were very honest about possible turn around time and gave a very fair estimate. Not only did they quickly get the repair done (several days earlier than originally stated) the final cost was actually lower than quoted. Appreciate the straightforwardness and the courtesy of the staff. I definitely will take my car here for repairs if needed in the future.

I had an oil cooler repair done here and couldn’t be more impressed. The work was completed quickly and done right the first time, which I really appreciated. The customer service rep (Melissa) provided outstanding and clear communication, was professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It’s hard to find a local garage that combines speed, accuracy, and great customer service, but this place delivers. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for future work.
