I’ve been taking my cars to this shop for the past 4 years, and they never disappoint. Most recently, the muffler on my 2016 Ford Escape came loose after hitting a pothole. I brought it in, and they fixed it incredibly fast—no hassle, no delay. As always, the team was professional, courteous, and clear about what needed to be done. Their customer service is top-notch, and I always leave feeling confident my car’s in good hands. Highly recommend!

Goss Garage was recommended to me by someone I knew. I was disappointed in the beginning because I didnt realize how long they were going to keep my car. However, I was later notified that they could give me a loaner vehicle. With that, I felt comfortable leaving my car. The work was completed and I was very pleased when I picked up my vehicle.

I took my car to Goss Garage II for a brake service and they did an awesome job. They were timely, communicated with me well and the pricing was fair. Melissa at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They even put me in a loaner car while my car was being serviced so I was able to attend my doctors appointment. My car has been great since then and I would highly recommend Goss Garage II for car service needs.
