Process was easy, starting with calling the main line for an appointment, to dropping the car off, having everything explained to me over the phone and in person about what is wrong with the car/how they are going to fix it and how much it would cost. Overall a great experience, they did not do anything more than what they had to which keeps costs low. I would recommend this place to anyone who is searching for a new mechanic for their car.

My go to for care for the three years Ive lived in Maryland. No up sale pitches just good accurate assessments of work that needs to be done and estimates on optional preventative items. Easy scheduling process, drop off, and pickup. They also provide updates as to status of work being performed. And, they have a shuttle from 8:00 to 5:00.

I took my Honda Pilot to Goss’s II to have a plug repair in my tire checked. As expected, the plug was too close to the edge of the tire. I ended up buying new 4 new tires and having an alignment. The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. Everyone at Goss’s II was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Goss’s II and will return for any needed repairs of my vehicle.
