Goss did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my long-term brake pad problem, and it hasn’t returned. When I asked about the sound from another garage, they claimed it was the struts, which would have cost me a lot and not fixed the problem.

Had my car fixed here a few times. They are friendly and professional... never had a problem! They also have a drop-off box for off-hours drop-off... convenient!

Brought my 2011 Ford Explorer for an emissions related issue. Everyone was very professional, I received a call back at lunch with a diagnosis and cost estimate, and was able to take my car home same day. This was my first time at Goss but it won't be my last.

Very pleased with the a/c service. Specialist tested system and determined that refrigerant was nearly empty. Refilled system and added dye so they will be able to identify any leaks. Very friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. Even arranged a ride to and from my house. Reasonably priced service, too. I will definitely be using Goss Garage in the future.
