I’ve been taking my cars to this shop for the past 4 years, and they never disappoint. Most recently, the muffler on my 2016 Ford Escape came loose after hitting a pothole. I brought it in, and they fixed it incredibly fast—no hassle, no delay. As always, the team was professional, courteous, and clear about what needed to be done. Goss Garage was recommended to me by someone I knew. I was disappointed in the beginning because I didnt realize how long they were going to keep my car. However, I was later notified that they could give me a loaner vehicle. With that, I felt comfortable leaving my car. The work was completed and I was very pleased when I picked up my vehicle.
