Very disapointed today..im a customer of theirs and pulled in with a flat on my truck. I nicely asked if they could fit me in to repair the flat..told me probably would not be able till morning all booked up..well in my days its all about customer service which brings customers back. I hope they take this review seriously. They have just lost a loyal customer and i will never tell any of my friends to use them anymore!
I am very sorry that you were disappointed. Your review seems very unfair. You are correct customer service is very important, as you could see all of our bays were full (unlike the first shop you went to, who also said they could not do it. We were your second choice and you left them a similar review)had we stopped working on those cars to repair your tire then someone who had an appointment would not have gotten their car back today. Then that customer who was already expecting their car back today would have been upset with us. Total time for most flat repairs is 45 minutes to an hour. Please put yourself in the other customers shoes. Some days we can accommodate walk in repairs some days no matter how much we want to we can not.
