I have been a loyal customer of Goss Garage II for over five years. Recently, I took my wife's Town and Country Van to a dealership for a routine oil change, filter and general vehicle inspection. The dealership told me that the van needed new brake pads, change of brake fluid and automatic transmission system flush. I told the dealership I would take care of it myself and immediately took the van to Goss Garage II. Upon their inspection, they found that the brake pads were fine, and the automatic transmission system was in good condition. They replaced the brake fluid. Great place and ppl

I was hearing a bad grinding noise coming from the car when I pressed on the brakes. I had taken my car to Goss’ in Lanham before and had great experiences but they were booked solid. Goss II in Gambrills was able to take me and they were awesome. Mick and Melissa did a great job at the front desk!! Very polite and communicated what was wrong and what needed to be done. The rotors and pads plus some calipers were bad, and the oil needed to be changed too. The mechanics are awesome 🙂 My car rides like a dream now!!!

Staff was friendly & willing to explain thoroughly what was going on with my car ! They alerted me thru email/phone call throughout the whole process until the call that my car was ready ! They also accept my military discount ! I will definitely return for future work & I recommend them as they were recommended to me !

I have been taking my vehicles to a Goss's Garage for many years, and I have yet to have a bad experience. The seminal point that makes this shop so far above the rest, is that they are honest and straight forward. I have gotten to know the mechanics in the two shops over the years (most, but no all of them), and the ones I have talked to have always been knowledgeable, and willing to take me through what they say needs to be done, and why. I have a fair amount of automotive technical knowledge myself, and can appreciate how they explain things. I have never felt like they were talking down to any one, and they really seem to care about their customers experience. If I am not doing the work on my truck or car, then Goss's Garage is. No one else can come close to meeting their standards.
